A great thing about living in the Solomon Islands, for those of us that like to eat fish, is the wide variety of fresh fish that one can get at the markets. We have a place that ensures we get good fresh fish and have been consuming rather large amounts of these over the last few weeks. The ones in the pictures are only a few of the snappers and coral trout that have passed through our table!
