This is the road in front of the Golf club, it has been recently renovated and it's the smoothest road in all of Lae so far, other are not as nice.... like this one in Eriku which is a mirror road of 98% of Lae roads. Esta es la calle que va frente al club de golf, las otras no son tan lindas...como la de abajo una foto que ejemplifica el 98% de las calles de Lae.
Photo below is the commercial hub where Papindo and Andersons supermarket are located (plus other unidentified smaller shops). Foto de abajo es de una de las zonas comerciales donde dos de los supermercados mas grandes de la ciudad estan localizados.
We continue with some pictures form the main market, below the market closed (after 4:00pm) and then some pictures during Saturday morning. We took these from the car otherwise I would not have my camera with me any more.... Algunas fotos del mercado donde compramos nuestras frutas y verduras. Abajo una foto del mercado ya cerrado y las otras son fotos que sacamos desde la camioneta, si no no tendriamos mas la camara de fotos...
These are some pictures from the main "beach" in Lae, which is unfortunately a big dump for all the city rubbish, you don't want to swim here... Estas son unas fotos de la "playa" principal de Lae que sirve tambien como basurero de la ciudad, no queres nadar aca...
